Would you cut off a limb to get your book published?

My coaching rates went up this year, and they’re going to continue to go up in the foreseeable future.

If you’re looking for a one-on-one writing coach with cheaper rates than me, you’re not going to have any problem finding one.

And that doesn’t bother me in the least.

I’ll tell you why in a moment…

But first I want to tell you about Nick Santonastasso.

Nick was born was with no legs, an undeveloped right arm, and a left arm with just one finger.

Despite these physical setbacks, Nick has become a bodybuilder, online video celebrity, international speaker, and author of the book, Victim to Victor: How to Overcome the Victim Mentality to Live the Life You Love.

While Nick’s accomplishments in a variety of disciplines are clearly astounding, it’s something he did while he was still in high school that truly blew me away.

As a teen, Nick decided he wanted to become a wrestler.

Unfortunately, the bone in Nick’s undeveloped right arm was growing faster than the skin around out. This meant the arm was extremely sensitive and any sort of blow could potentially thrust the bone right through the skin.

Instead of letting this significant personal risk prevent him from pursuing his dream of becoming a wrestler, Nick found a solution: he had the sensitive portion at the end of his undeveloped right arm amputated.

Yes, you read that correctly.

A boy, born without legs and only one finger, chose to have a portion of his body amputated, so that he could pursue his athletic dreams.

And you say you want to be a writer…

If that’s the case, I have to ask you, what sacrifices are you willing to make?

Because sacrifice is what it’s all about in the end.

Nick Santonastasso is proof it doesn’t matter what set-backs you were born with, or what privileges others people have that you don’t.

Where you start has nothing to do with where you end up.

Success is about setting goals and then doing what it takes to achieve those goals.

And you’re lucky…

You’re lucky because you don’t have to cut off a portion of your body to be able to do what you want to do.

Becoming a success writer takes time, dedication, persistence, hard work, and maybe the investment of some money if you want the help of a coach or an editor along the way.

All of these things require sacrifice of some kind, but they aren’t the kind of sacrifices Nick Santonastasso has had to make.

Which brings me back to my rates.

By charging more for my coaching, I’m sending a clear message success is not easy and it is not cheap. I work with serious writers, not hobbyists and dreamers.

I’m not asking you to amputate a body part, but I am asking you to dedicate some money towards the training and support you need to become the writer you already know you can be.

If that’s a sacrifice you’re willing to make, go ahead and book a consultation call with me today.

I look forward to working with you to achieve your dreams.
