A Page Turners Prequel Story — Free
Before the Books Started Coming to Life…
There was a boy who needed them to.
It cost three dollars at a yard sale.
A battered paperback called Paradise Fields, full of someone else’s handwriting in the margins and a fairy tale inside about a princess with magic in her shoes.
Nate didn’t know what he had.
He was fourteen, locked out of his house, sitting on the front stoop in the dark, trying not to think about what had happened inside.
He read by moonlight, and nothing was ever the same again.
The Green Princess is a free short story — a prequel to the Page Turners trilogy.
It’s the story of the night everything began, before the monsters came through the pages, before Nate knew what he was capable of.
Read it in one sitting.
Then find out what happens next.
You'll meet the monsters soon, but first, meet the boy who let them in.
No spam. Just the story, and occasional updates when new Page Turners content appears."
